Global warming?
The power was out when we woke up this morning. It came back on around 11 AM, but could go out again at any time. Heavy wet snow has bent and broken trees all around here. Most of the roads were blocked by multiple trees across them. The snow isn’t supposed to stop until maybe tomorrow.
We will be getting a bigger generator that will run our well pump as well as the other basics.

(have not even had time to rake yet, and I'm reaching for the snow shovel!!)
Cyndy called me last night to ask if I had heard about the snow....I hadn't! Our electric blinked off and on this morning but living in the valley we were spared the full effects of the storm. We had slush but that's it. I bet Fred was busy all day!
You pictures send chills up my spine. I'm not ready for snow yet and thankfully we didn't get any, just high wind gusts and rain.

The pictures of the snow reminded me of the "good ole days" when snow kept me and my children in for days living in NJ..I now live in NC and they rarely see snow long enough , to really know what it's like....My Ole Arthur itis is not a prominent guest as before since living here :o).....Ginny
